ALL-INDIA YOGA CHAMPIONSHIP (GOA)

May 2016

In this competition, I received a gold medal in the forward bending category, a silver medal in the leg balance category, and a bronze medal in the open category. This is the only competition in which I have received all three medals together!

I got a silver medal in this competition. I had the chance of going to Sri Lanka for the international level competition, but due to some reasons, I couldn't go. I felt really bad and made a promise to myself that I would not let anything stop me from participating in the next international competition.
